Very satisfied with the excellent service I received from Panos. My challenge to him was to disassemble my European made glasses, replace the lens with a smaller size and a different color and reassemble everything. No other eyewear store would even attempt this difficult task but Panos accepted the challenge and delivered to me a perfect product. And he did so with politeness and at a very reasonable cost. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable. They have the patience of saints - I took up endless hours of their time with my indecisiveness. They gave me great advice. I have never had a pair of glasses I liked this much, and more importantly; I CAN SEE! I bought frames and lenses several times from that big store on 17th street, and I never felt like I could see properly. These guys did me right! They stand behind their recommendations and product.
